TDK-Micronas

TDK-Micronas is the competence centre for magnetic field sensors and CMOS integration within the TDK Group.

TDK-Micronas has more than 25 years of experience in the manufacture of semiconductors for sensor and actuator solutions. Some of these products are manufactured in the company's own production facilities in Germany. In 1993, the company was the first to produce a Hall-effect sensor using CMOS technology. Since then, TDK-Micronas has supplied a total of over six billion Hall sensors to the automotive and industrial markets. The operational headquarters are located in Freiburg im Breisgau. Many products are offered as ASIL-ready.

TDK-Micronas currently employs around 1,000 people.
