Sensors

Sensors are electronic components that form the link between an electronic circuit and the environment. In modern motor vehicles, for example, there are over a hundred sensors that permanently monitor the condition of the vehicle and transmit data on temperature, speed, tyre pressure, ambient brightness, etc. to the vehicle electronics. Many sensors provide the measurement results in analogue form as a voltage or change in resistance, while modern sensors often offer a digital interface that allows the measured values to be processed directly by a microcontroller. Intelligent sensors use integrated electronics to take over part or even all of the signal processing, which requires a great deal of expertise in the case of radar sensors, for example, and which the user of these sensors does not have to deal with.

Endrich offers a wide range of sensors for automotive applications, industry and white goods.
