LPWA Cellular gateway for smart sensor mesh node

This module has been developed for collecting and transmitting data arriving from the NeoCortec module based local mesh WLAN to the (E-)Cloud. Data can be collected and transmitted in a relatively small time-interval as being powered from mains (5V USB). The LBS based (low energy, in- and outdoor) geolocalization offers a 500m radius precision, which is enough for basic operation. The localization data is sent to the (E-)Cloud together with the sensor nodes’ data via the LPWA cellular network. In case there is a need of a more precise (outdoor only)  geolocalization, the E-Cloud is able to send command (at next data sending) to the module to switch to GNSS mode with higher precision of locating.

This module has been developed for collecting environmental data such as temperature, visible light intensity, offers own battery voltage monitoring and is able to count magnetic pulses (e.g. for door open counter). The onboard NeoCortec radio module provides with using the nodes in an ad-hoc, subGHz local WLAN mesh. Data can be collected and transmitted with predefined frequency towards the gateway. The nodes are powered from CR123A lithium battery and can operate for years without battery replacement. Large number of devices can be organized to a mesh network with a distance between nodes up to 100-200 meters (outside) and 10-15m indoor.

This module has been developed for offering continuous monitoring of the AC power existence of an electric device, It also reports the own battery voltage level. The onboard NeoCortec radio module enables using the nodes in an ad-hoc, subGHz local WLAN mesh. Data can be collected and transmitted with predefined frequency. The nodes are powered from CR123A lithium battery and can operate for years without battery replacement. Large number of devices can be organized to a mesh network with a distance between nodes up to 100-200 meters (outside) and 10-15m indoor.

This module has been developed for geolocalization and tracking purposes. The daily LBS based (low energy, in- and outdoor) localization offers a 500m radius precision, which is enough for basic geolocalization in– and outdoor. The localization data is sent to the E-Cloud via the LPWA cellular network. In case there is a need of a more precise geolocalization, the E-Cloud is able to send command (at next data sending) to the module to switch to GNSS mode with higher frequency of data communication. Battery lifetime issues may arise, and battery replacement might be necessary after longer time of using the tracker in GNSS mode.
