MOS Relais

MOS Relais, auch PhotoMOS oder Solid State Relais mit MOSFET-Ausgang genannt, sind Halbleiterrelais mit einer ähnlichen Funktion wie mechanische Relais.
Eine IR-LED ist über einen transparenten, isolierenden Lichtleiter mit einem Photo-MOSFET gekoppelt.
Excel Cells (ECE) Halbleiterrelais mit MOSFET-Ausgang sind wie bei mechanischen Relais als Öffner und Schließer erhältlich.
